With over 18 years of public accounting experience, Victoria has served as a tax professional for both large and small CPA firms. She specializes in a variety of solutions including tax planning, tax preparation, outsourced accounting, and financial forecasting. She uses her expertise and insight to help her clients achieve their goals so they can get back to doing what they love. She fuses accounting with technology and helps her clients realize the benefits of having real-time financial metrics to make better business decisions.
Victoria earned her Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and her Masters in Taxation from DePaul University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for TEMPO Milwaukee as the Treasurer.
When she’s not providing accounting or tax advice, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children, traveling, skiing, and exploring the culinary scene.
Sami brings over 10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, finance, and marketing, with a deep commitment to helping small and growing businesses thrive. She has built financial systems, delivery infrastructure, and marketing strategies that drive real results, most recently playing a key role in scaling a consulting firm from startup to $10M in revenue. She has also run her own consulting practice, partnering directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners to implement the tools and processes that set them up for sustainable growth.
Sami holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Business from St. Mary’s University in London. She volunteers with her local AFS chapter, supporting exchange students during their year abroad. When she’s not working, you’ll find her on the tennis court, in the garden, or at a pottery wheel. She loves watching the Premier League and traveling with her partner and spending summer weekends with her family at their lake house.
Hope has over 15 years of experience in the public and private accounting fields. Her past responsibilities span audit, tax, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and has spent countless hours volunteering for the various organizations including her current position on the executive board for the band boosters. Outside of the office, Hope is a wife and a mother of two boys and enjoys attending their their marching band competitions, archery tournaments, track & field meets, and traveling together as a family.
Randi has over 30 years of accounting experience in the public, private and outsourced accounting fields. She earned her undergraduate degree in History from University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. in Accounting from New York University. She prides herself in providing accurate reporting and expertise to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Outside of work, Randi enjoys playing racquet sports, cooking, and attending concerts with her husband and three adult children.
Steve Marsh is a strategic finance leader with nearly two decades of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and complex financial decision-making. He has served in senior finance roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as CFO of a multi-facility organization with a $90M operating budget. In that role, he led long-range planning, financial reporting, treasury, and the execution of a $456M capital investment project. Steve brings deep expertise across FP&A, capital planning, debt restructuring, and board governance.
After years of building high-performing teams and strengthening financial systems in complex organizations, Steve shifted his focus to helping small and midsized businesses achieve clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of his advisory work, he spends time with his daughters and works on projects at his Lake Poygan cottage.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Will has specialized in financial accounting, analysis, and reporting for small businesses. He prides himself on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability in his work to best support clients in achieving their goals through informed decision-making. Outside of the office, Will travels the country to ride the newest roller coasters and experience other adrenaline-pumping activities like skydiving and zip lining.
Jane has over 25 years as a sales and sales support professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.
In her past roles, she has managed various business categories regarding sales, data, insights, and customer inquiries. She has always been passionate about assisting others to achieve their goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environment, Textiles, and Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, long walks, water aerobics, and spending time with her husband and two adult sons.
Amy has several years of experience in various accounting areas. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology-Organizational Leadership at Trinity International University. Her journey into finance started with general bookkeeping for small businesses. Amy then continued her education receiving a Professional Accounting Certification through the College of Lake County. She excels in giving consistent, accurate, and timely financial reports. When she’s not working, Amy enjoys crafting, hiking, and watching Admirals hockey.
